Spring's blown in

Similar to other family members of ours, we also have been kindly encouraged to stay a little more updated on the 'ole blog.  We only like to make it that more exciting for those who check this day, after day, after day, without any new pictures or paragraphs of all the splendid things that are happening in the Southwest, to finally see a new post!

So, here's to you, JN Engbers Family Blog faithful follower, here's what's been happening in the last 6 months since our last post.  We will probably only cover what has happened in the last 2 weeks though...sorry, a little strapped for time now.

After basketball finally wrapped up in the beginning/middle of March we had a short couple of weeks until the High School SAC week where we took a group of 9 students to camp in Sedona and hike there as well (see pic of students on Devil's Bridge) as in the Grand Canyon.  Brief words of advice concerning this:  Make sure students who sign up for a hiking
and camping trip understand fully that
THAT is exactly what they will be doing everyday.

Spring Break thankfully came afterwards and we had Mom and Dad Engbers out to travel a bit with us to CO (specifically Rico/Telluride area) and then to Phoenix.
Great weather both places and wonderful sites taken in and fully enjoyed (not to forget IKEA along with the great outdoors there).
